Wake up in the morning, open the balcony doors and drink in the view of the pine trees and the swimming pool. Take your breakfast on the terrace, in the warm Algarve sunshine, before you enjoy all the amenities the award-winning Balaia Golf Village has to offer.

Our picture gallery will help you to imagine yourself unwinding by the swimming pool, or perhaps strolling the fine beaches, which are a short walk away. You might even exert yourself with a round of golf on the superb 9-hole golf course, or enjoy a game of tennis. All these superb facilities are within a few minutes stroll of this lovely apartment, which is located centrally in one of the best positions with views towards the whale pool.

Inside the apartment everything has been lovingly refurbished for our own pleasure; in the lounge/diner, perhaps you may watch some satellite TV, bring a film to watch on the dvd player or listen to your favourite music on the CD player, comfortably seated on either the 2 or the 3 seat settees (if you have friends or family along, the 3-seater easily converts into a full size double bed). There is also a safe in the apartment for your valuables. There are two balconies with ample sun loungers, table and chairs, as well as a gas barbeque. There is a spacious front terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

The extremely well equipped kitchen has every modern convenience, including fridge & a freezer, oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. When it comes to curling up in bed after a trying day out enjoying the Algarve, you can watch the sunset from your balcony, before stretching out on the comfortable double bed. The bedroom also has a full range of fitted wardrobes. The spacious bathroom has a vanity unit, bath and shower, toilet and bidet. A full cleaning and laundry service is provided on a weekly basis.

This holiday let has it all, space for up to 4, comfort, amenities, convenience, and a wonderful sunny aspect, as it faces SW, yet still offers adequate shade from the nearby pine trees.

The two nearest beaches from this golf village apartment: Santa Eulalia and Maria Luisa are across the road. Further along the road, only minutes away by car, is the village of Olhos da Agua, which has a superb beach, including a fishermans area and one or two very good restaurants. The main beaches of Praia d'Oura and Albufeira are of course also close by this Algarve Golf Village.

Balaia Golf Village has its own eight seat minibus service to and from Albufeira. One of the two Village Bus stops is conveniently situated by the main entrance, just a few minutes stroll from our apartment.

This Algarve holiday apartment in Balaia Golf Village is just a 35 minute drive from Faro International Airport, in turn about a two and a half hour flight from London and other southern UK airports.
